On Sale Procedures The purpose of the lottery system is to ensure that all customers have the same chance of being among the first five in line, eliminating the need to be at the arena overnight. This policy helps ensure customer safety and provides for effective crowd management.

Random numbers will be issued beginning 60 minutes prior to the designated on-sale time and will be distributed for 30 minutes. The drawing will begin 30 minutes before the on-sale starts. If you arrive after the start of the drawing, you will be placed in line in the order which you arrive after all the numbers have been drawn. One random number will be issued per customer.

Anyone found in possession of more than one number will be placed at the end of the line. Random numbers are non-transferable. You must be 12 years of age or older AND be able to complete a transaction on your own, without a parent, to receive a random number i.

A random number does not guarantee you a ticket, only a place in line. Each position in line will be determined by a lottery drawing. We will draw the first 10 positions in line. Everyone else will line up behind them in order. When the starting number is announced, customers will begin lining up in the order in which their number is called. Ticket limit if any will be posted on the Box Office windows.

Patrons in need of ADA accessible seating must mention that need at the ticket window. Only one wheelchair ticket and one companion ticket will be sold at a time. Anyone who receives a random number has a chance to be first in line!

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, please return to your original point of purchase. Wright State's Nutter Center cannot release any information until the promoter grants permission.

Many times the artist will announce the information on their website before Wright State's Nutter Center has the right to make it public. Once we have the approval, information will be listed on the Events and Tickets page. Ticket prices and limits are typically set by the artist and finalized through contract negotiations between the artist and the promoter. The primary difference between purchasing a ticket at the Wright State Nutter Center box office as opposed to Ticketmaster relates to service charges.

There is no service charge on tickets purchased in person at the ticket office. Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster are subject to a per-ticket service charge which varies by event and the method of ordering. Available seat inventory is identical. When an event goes on sale, there can be hundreds and often thousands of customers simultaneously attempting to purchase tickets across all distribution channels.

Cashless transactions are highly encouraged to minimize contact. There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchased for an American Airlines Center concert, game or event. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact your original point of purchase. We cannot guarantee the validity of any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source.
